Stress is awful but for many people its avoidable. 

I get very frustrated when I see friends and clients getting stressed. I don't get frustrated with the person, as I know that up to 3 out of 4 of us experience stress and struggle to manage it.

I get frustrated that people are suffering in this way when there are many simple and powerful ways to better manage stress.

In our schools, universities and workplaces we are taught how to do the things that are required for passing an exam or delivering work etc.

BUT BUT BUT

We are not taught how to manage the stress that can and often does come hand in hand with these pursuits.

I have personally experienced the stress of exams and work as a corporate global senior research and development manager and business owner. My passion for reading and learning, led to reading dozens of books on performance and wellbeing and I discovered that the worlds high performers in sport and business were using simple and powerful techniques to better manage stress. For the past 10 years I have been helping my teams and clients better manage stress and become more resilient.

You will be amazed when you understand and practice stress reductions methods - Put simply your life will be much better!
