Chris has lived and worked in UK and Asia where he built and developed high performance teams. Chris is a strategic thinker who loves to understand opportunities and challenges people and businesses are facing, develop insights & deliver actionable winning coaching strategies.
Craig is a globally acclaimed Creative Director, who has been instrumental in the growth of brands including Nike, Puma, Alfred Dunhill & Sonia Rykiel. Craig has lived and worked in Europe and Asia and has 20+ years of building and leading high performing teams. Craig is a highly skilled coach, problem solver and team builder. Craig is co-founder and Creative Director of Spark, a global network of over 200 talented creatives across the fields of fashion, brand and digital.
Angela is a globally accomplished R&D manager, who has innovated and built business value across multiple consumer goods categories. Angela is recognised as a consumer understanding expert who develops deep understanding of how we perceive, interact and value brands. Angela is an exceptionally strong collaborator who works very effectively with teams to identify opportunities, understand and simplify complex challenges and create winning outcomes.
Keith is a former senior police commander, who developed and led high performance organisations through strategic focus and a deep understanding of leadership. Keith is a highly experienced resilience coach, who enables organisations to understand the capability required to prepare for and to respond to the market place challenges. Keith has a strong track record helping SMEs and global corporate clients across Europe & Asia strengthen their organisational resilience.
Roy is an internationally respected expert on innovation and growth, who has led global innovation programs for Procter & Gamble for 30+ years across Europe & Asia. Roy is Professor of Practice in Ageing Science & Innovation at Newcastle University and former Director of the National Innovation Centre for Ageing & chair of the NELEP Innovation Board. Nationally, Roy is president of the Royal Society of Chemistry Industry Council, chairs the National Smart Specialisation Hub & is visiting Professor at Newcastle, Northumbria and Cranfield Universities & Central St. Martin’s College. Roy received an OBE in 2017 for services to science, innovation & skills.
Sally is a globally accomplished R&D leader, who has led global innovation programmes for GSK and Procter and Gamble for 30+ years. Sally is a recognised consumer and sensory science expert using those skills to develop leading global brands such as Voltaren, Vicks, Sensodyne, Gillette, Pantene and Olay. Sally loves to build, coach and mentor teams. Sally enjoys working with teams to identify and challenge the status quo and address complex challenges to deliver winning outcomes.
Faye is an accomplished creative events manager, who has managed national and international events across the Creative, Cultural, Digital and IT sectors. Faye is passionate about running unique and engaging events, including Creative Fuse North East, which facilitate innovation through relationship building and idea sharing across teams and sectors. Faye's PhD exploring the fusion between literature and the visual arts, enables Faye to bring a unique creative approach.
Darren is a former international swimmer, who represented Great Britain at the World and European Championships. After retiring from sport, Darren studied physiotherapy, then set up his company Newcastle Physiotherapy whilst working as a consultant physiotherapist for British Swimming. Darren is passionate about helping and coaching others and was honoured to be selected as Team GB lead physiotherapist for the marathon swimmers at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Andy is a highly regarded elite Golf coach, who coaches elite players on the European professional golf tour as well as the Challenge and Alps Tours. Andy’s passion in life is the development of young golfers into elite players and elite people and he currently coaches some of the country’s leading young amateur golfers & the North of England under 18’s boys team. Andy is also the head coach at Hexham golf club where he loves helping players of all levels develop their skills.
Glenn has 35+ years of experience in Global Research & Development, developing new to the world technology and products for the global consumer goods markets. Glenn is also a highly skilled magician and the current President of the Newcastle magic circle. Glenn specialises in stunning close up magic and innovative bespoke activities which Evolve8 Coaching can build into a unique coaching program to help engage and inspire your organisation.
Peter has over thirty year’s experience in architecture and the built environment and was instrumental in transforming Ryder Architecture from traditional to digital working practices in the early 2000s. Peter understands that harnessing the power of new and disruptive technologies requires cultural buy-in from people at all levels of the organisation and has gained deep insights into what differentiates those who succeed.
Graham is responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of digital transformation projects specific to a client’s real needs. This goes beyond BIM, it is as much about the people as it is about the technology. The construction industry is on the cusp of dramatic change and Graham is excited to be at the leading edge of this. He has 12 years’ experience in construction and academia, completing a PhD in post-handover feedback in helping architectural practices improve the quality of design.

With almost two decades experience designing and conducting bespoke research projects for professional services and public sector clients, she has covered everything from customer and employee engagement to rebranding and restructuring programmes. She collaborates closely with senior management teams to help them understand the impact of decisions on ways of working, efficiency and satisfaction. She often works with clients that have complex research objectives, creating bespoke methodologies and questionnaires based on sound research practice.
